This is a relatively new group to Cu3a, but it comes out of a 40-year history of the Amersham Travel Club (ATC). We meet on the third Friday every month in the Large Barn Hall from 14:00 – 16:00. Our group intends to carry on that tradition of sharing and enjoying many aspects of members’ travels in a relaxed and friendly way, through an ongoing series of PowerPoint or digital photo image presentations introduced by members and invited guests. Good audio and video facilities enable the Group to show members images from around the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, and the rest of the world captured on still and movie cameras, as well as smartphones.
Since so many members of Cu3a love to take snaps and chat about their travels around the world, we have spaces for and welcome new members and new presenters as well!
