Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility.
The Pilates 4 group meets every Thursday from 14:45 to 15:45 in the Large Barn Hall at Amersham Community Centre.
We have an experienced practitioner who runs the sessions and ensures that the exercises are structured for all abilities.
There is a small charge per session. You will need to provide your own floor mat and a small cushion or rolled up towel to support your head for some exercises. The tutor will provide any other equipment as necessary.
We currently have 4 vacancies. A waiting list will be created for any further members who are interested in joining the group. There is currently a vacancy for the role of co- convenor to act as support when the convenor is unable to attend the session,
