Pickleball is a fun sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. It is generally considered easier to learn and play than tennis, and with longer rallies it is very enjoyable. Based on a badminton sized court with a tennis net, using a paddle bat and a hollow plastic ball, it is a lower impact sport than tennis, so it can be played by all ages and skill levels.
April to December we play on two outdoor courts at Westwood Park, Chenies Avenue, Little Chalfont HP6 6PP. These have been recently refurbished. If the weather is poor, we will cancel the session. There is no charge for sessions held at Westwood Park.
January to March we play in the Chiltern Lifestyle Centre 2:30 to 3:30pm. There is a small charge for these sessions to cover the hire of the courts.
We have a limited number of paddles that new members can use, but encourage everyone to buy their own.
