Welcome to our page.
This Group is for you if you would like to understand more about Mindfulness and how you can make it part of your life. The Mindfulness (Plus) Group is open to anyone who has had an introductory conversation with me, Sarah Jones, either face-to-face or by phone and wants to come along to find out more and experience the group.
We meet on the fourth Wednesday of every month from 13.00 to 14.00 in the Pottery Room at the Lifestyle Centre in top Amersham.
We discuss Mindfulness, how it applies to us and experience some Mindfulness practice and tools that help our Mindfulness practice.
If you know people who you think might benefit from becoming familiar with Mindfulness, then do please ask them to get in touch with me. It would be my pleasure to welcome them into our community.
