The yoga group meets every Tuesday morning for an hour at the Polish Centre in Raans Road from 11.15. to 12.15. For our safety the class is taught by a qualified yoga instructor so there is a charge of £5.00 per session.
We wear comfortable clothing and the only equipment required is a yoga mat. We are a mixed ability group with some very experienced members but others who have only recently begun their yoga journey. In addition we are of varying mobility and some members prefer to use a chair at times. This mix actually works very well as our teacher is able to accommodate everyone without compromising our individual experience at all.
