Chiltern U3A

Excursions are open to all members of Chiltern U3A on a "first come, first served " basis. Unless indicated otherwise, bookings are only taken on receipt of a completed booking form, cheque and stamped SAE. Refunds for cancelled bookings can only be given if the vacancy can be filled. Before booking please read the note about attending outdoor activity groups on page 8 of the newsletter. 

Please note: only u3a members are covered, on outings, by the u3a insurance. If we have vacancies, you may be able to invite a guest but only if they are a member of Cu3a or another u3a. Please check first that there are vacancies. Should you cancel your booking no refund will be possible if the ticket cannot be resold.

 Cu3a asks that all excursions undertaken in its name conform to our Terms and Conditions. Please click on this link Accessibility for Excursions….. to see these. Please also make sure that all your participants are aware of these at the time of booking.
