BTInternet - Missing Emails If your ISP is BTInternet (BTOpenWorld or Yahoo) and you use Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail or similar, then you may be losing emails. BTInternet often diagnoses perfectly valid emails as spam and does not deliver them. Neither you nor the sender will be aware that this has happened. This has caused particular difficulties with emails from Chiltern U3A to our members and convenors but you may well be losing messages from other organisations as well.
