Playing mah-jong is exciting, challenging and satisfying and as complicated as you personally want to make it. In fact, you can learn the basics of how to play mah-jong with ease but it could take you a lifetime to master all the subtleties of the game. Mah Jong is a game where any mistakes made are not apparent to other players and reward is dependant on the ability of the individual. Our Group of 12-16 players with varying experience meet every Thursday from 13:30 to 17:00, mainly in the Lounge. We would love to see additional players joining whether beginners wanting to learn or those who would like to renew their interest in the game. Other players are happy to give assistance and guidance in a sensitive manner as we are all aware that this is necessary when starting.
