Activities

Our group is meant to keep you fit and mobile by special methods of stretching; revitalising our bodies and mind. We gradually build up our muscles in order to protect our bones. We work on our hips knees, shoulders We also use self-defence; we play a ball game to use our reflexes. It is all done in a very relaxed atmosphere. We all have a good laugh and feel 10 years younger at the end of the session. Yoga, aerobic and elastic band help to build up your muscles. Non-slippery footwear, water and a mat are required.
